COACHING

COACHING FOR

CHANGE

Perhaps you’re starting a new job, returning to work after taking time out to care for children, or developing your own business. You might be starting or leaving university, or dealing with redundancy. Or maybe you’re facing a mid- or later-life transition, such as relocating, retiring, or living in an empty nest. Whatever your circumstances, coaching can give you dedicated time where you’ll be both listened to and challenged as you explore the changes you want to make and take action to move forwards.

Our sessions will take the form of conversations, where I draw on different exercises and techniques to stimulate and guide your thinking. We’ll take time to explore your skills, motivations, values and priorities, and to understand any barriers that might be holding you back from making positive changes. Ultimately you set the agenda and define the goals, but I work with you to come up with clear, practical steps towards those targets and I hold you accountable for meeting them.

Beyond that there’s no set structure or one-size-fits-all solution – the sessions are designed around your unique situation, personality and goals. The same is true of the outcome of our time together – the results you see will be dependent on you. Like most things, what you get out of coaching will be determined by what you put in.

If you come ready to think and willing to work, coaching will enable you to understand yourself better, grow in confidence and make choices that will allow you to live richly, wholeheartedly and with purpose.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT COACHING, OR LIFE COACHING, IS ABOUT SUPPORTING YOU TO MAKE CHANGES IN YOUR LIFE.

Whether you’re actively seeking change, or you want to take control in response to changes happening around you, coaching can offer you space and support as you work to identify, set and reach your goals – either personally or professionally.
